I have assisted Body Fit Training (BFT) in its international expansion into New Zealand, Singapore, the UK, Indonesia, Scandinavia and the Middle East.

I was the lead external advisor to Travel + Leisure Co. in its 2024 purchase of the timeshare business of global hospitality group Accor for $48.4M.

I acted for the owners of Body Fit Training (BFT) in the 2021 sale of the BFT brand and system to NSX-listed Xponential Fitness Inc for $60M in a deal that was completed 6 weeks after a Term Sheet was signed.

I acted for the Gold-Coast based originators of Exhibitionism the Rolling Stones global touring exhibition and Come Play! a touring exhibition of Real Madrid FC. 

I was the lead advisor to the joint venture that secured the rights to manage and promote the FIM World Supercross Championship from 2022.

I created Australia’s first ‘two-for-one’ franchise combining a Croc’s Playcentre with a Muffin Break café into a single franchise offering.
